The United Kingdom’s entry in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest flopped massively, it came joint bottom!
Why did it flop? It had a more than capable singer Andy Abraham, however, the song was just too bland. Sure it was kind of funky, but it was too unmemorable.
One of the songs I liked from this year’s Eurovision was Bosnia & Herzegovina’s ‘Pokusaj’ sung by Laka.
It’s extremely wacky with the wedding dresses, the over-use of make-up, and let’s not forget the women with the odd dress, but the song is soooo catchy.
It’s a pity the song didn’t do better at the Final, perhaps voters couldn’t get passed the wackiness?

The winner - Russia’s Dima Bilan with ‘Believe’ I thought was alright, but was too much like a Enrique Iglesias tribute act.
I really hope next year the quality of song and predictability in results improve, otherwise perhaps they should call the whole thing off.
